Tell a friend, classmate, coworker or family member about your apartment and send them the application link below.

They apply and name you
Your friend applies online and lets us know you referred them. Our contact form has a "Referred by" field, or they can simply mention your name.

Approved and signed
Once your friend is approved and signs a one-year lease, you each receive a $150 gift card.
Applicant requirements
What your friend needs to qualify
- Income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
- Two months of proof of income
- Flexible credit score
- Completed application and screening
Applications are completed online through IV Management, with a $20 application fee. Studio apartments are available for January 2027 move-ins.
Refer a friend now
Email or call the leasing office with your name, your apartment, and your friend's name and contact information. We will reach out to them and keep track of the referral for you.

Who can refer a friend?
Any current Lakeshore Landing resident can refer a friend, classmate, coworker or family member.
When do we receive the gift cards?
Gift cards are issued after the referred applicant is approved and signs a one-year lease agreement. Both the current resident and the new resident receive a $150 gift card.
Which gift cards can we choose?
Choose a $150 gift card from Lowe's, Wegmans, Byrne Dairy or Walmart.
