From application to keys in three steps

Complete the IV Management application. There is a $20 application fee.

Approval and lease
Upload two months of proof of income. Once approved, sign a one-year lease.

Pick your move-in date
Choose a January 2027 date, pick up your keys, and settle in.
Requirements
- Income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
- Two months of proof of income
- Flexible credit score
- Completed application and screening
